PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT!

1.) All clients are required to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Failure to arrive on time may result in rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

2.) A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this falls on a weekend, please either email or call and leave us a message.

3.) Failure to attend an appointment or to reschedule/cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in the requirement to pre-pay an exam fee to schedule future appointments.  The pre-paid exam fee will be applied toward the scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to.  This cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- This policy to pre-pay an exam fee before scheduling an appointment will be permanent for any client who violates the appointment cancellation policy twice within a year’s time.

4.) If an emergency arises and a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule is not possible, this policy may be waived only at the discretion of the veterinarian.
