There are many reasons that your pet may temporarily stay with us at Goodworks Veterinary Hospital. Reasons include, but are not limited to, surgery, illness, testing, and short hospital stays for pets that require medical care beyond the capability of non-veterinary boarding kennels. At Goodworks, we have three hospital wards that are equipped for intensive care including a special compartment for oxygen therapy. Your pet will be monitored at intervals that match the level of care they need. Your pet’s care will be tailored specifically for them. While staying with us, we will make sure your pet’s compartment stays as clean and comfortable as possible. In addition to any medications, each hospitalized pet will have an individualized nutrition and exercise plan prescribed by the doctor.
